TRITON DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS OFFERS AGENTS UNPRECEDENTED ACCESS to EVENT TICKETS INCLUDING the 2008 BEIJING OLYMPICS
SAUSALITO, Calif.(BUSINESS WIRE)Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: TTDS), a next generation web-based travel distribution service provider, announced today that it will be offering tickets to global sporting, concert and theatre events through its China Portal, Red Dragon Express". Included in the inventory are over 500 events to the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
For years, travel professionals have wanted to include events in the itineraries they create for their customers but until recently, no reservation system accommodated their needs. Red Dragon Express is not only the worlds first comprehensive online booking system for travel throughout China, it is also the only web site where Olympic tickets can be sold as part of a complete Chinese travel itinerary.
According to the Olympic Committee, the 29th OlympiadBeijing 2008 will take place from August 8th to the 24th with the opening ceremony commencing at 08:08:08 pm local time. The Beijing Olympics will host 28 summer sports with 302 events. Approximately 10,500 athletes are expected to participate in the games and over 7 million tickets for various sporting events and ceremonies will be sold to the general public.
