TRITON DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS ADDS CRUISE AND SUPER PNR FEATURES TO RESERVATIONEXPERT™
SAUSALITO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:TTDS), a next generation web-based travel distribution service provider, announced today the development and launch of the Cruise module and Super PNR functionality in ReservationExpert™.
ReservationExpert is a reservation software system employing advanced technology to deliver the full inventory of travel vendors right to the desktop of travel agents and tour operators worldwide. The easy-to-use interface makes searching, booking, and issuing tickets a breeze, even for employees new to the travel industry.
The initial launch of ReservationExpert in March of this year included the ability to book air, car and hotel inventory from thousands of vendors worldwide. With this latest release, ReservationExpert offers travel agents a complete cruise booking tool. Triton has secured a direct connection to Carnival Cruises and has agreements in place to deliver Holland America and Costa in the next release.

Along with the cruise module, Triton is announcing the inclusion of a super passenger name record platform in ReservationExpert. The “Super PNR” gives agents the ability to create one single record from totally independent channels, suppliers, GDSs and intermediaries and automatically integrates trip components pulled from multiple sources into a single PNR. The old process of creating multiple PNRs can create a poor impression of the travel agent to their customers and often results in a loss of booking credit the agent would otherwise have earned.
