SAUSALITO, CA--(BUSINESS WIRE)—Jul. 19, 2007--Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: TTDS), a next generation web-based travel distribution service provider, announced today the development and launch of ReservationExpert™ 2.0.
Along with a number of product updates, Triton has designed and built a booking “Wizard”. The wizard takes the basic functionality of the ReservationExpert product and streamlines the process so that agents unfamiliar with ReservationExpert or new to the industry can still be productive on their first day of work.
“We work closely with agents to ensure that our products meet the rapidly changing needs of the travel industry,” said Gregory Lykiardopoulos, Chairman and CEO for Triton. “Over and over again we heard our customers lament the difficulty of training new employees on antiquated systems only to lose them and have to start all over again. Our wizard tool has effectively ended this problem.”
