TRITON DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH CHINA HIGHLIGHTS TRAVEL
SAUSALITO, CA--(BUSINESS WIRE)—May 1, 2007--Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: TTDS), a next generation web-based travel distribution service provider, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with China Highlights Travel, one of China’s largest online travel service providers. With this agreement China Highlights will offer Triton’s flagship product, ReservationExpert™ to its member agents. Triton will provide agents access to China Highlights’ tours, airlines, hotel rooms, and cruises—increasing and diversifying the global travel inventory already available through ReservationExpert.
China Highlights, a division of CITS Guilin, has been in business since early 1998 and is the leading online travel service in China. They maintain nine travel sites to provide travel information, travel consulting, and a tourism center specializing in personalized travel services.
China has recently emerged as the world’s fourth largest tourism market and is projected to continue double digit growth well past 2020. China is already the world’s largest domestic market with 1.1 billion travelers annually and is the largest source of tourists to other Asian destinations.
