TRITON DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS RECEIVES REQUESTS FROM 385 AGENCY CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED STATES
SAUSALITO, CA--(BUSINESS WIRE)—Feb. 5, 2007--Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: TTDS), a next generation web-based travel distribution service provider, announced today that it has received requests from 385 agency customers in the United States, expanding its efforts in the North American market. This is an indication of major growth for the company. The overwhelming response from agencies represents an estimated $6 million in revenue annually for Triton.
Triton is one of the fastest growing web-based travel distribution providers, and this event marks the first time the company has generated substantial business in the United States. As agencies continue to seek robust, user-friendly solutions, Triton anticipates that new business will triple by end of year in the U.S. market in addition to its international commitments.
The substantial growth is driven by the launch of ReservationExpert™ less than a month ago. The comprehensive web-based booking application is the industry’s first comprehensive point-and-click system that makes booking travel efficient and cost-effective for agents.
