TRITON DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS SB-2 REGISTRATION STATEMENT DECLARED EFFECTIVE TODAY
SAUSALITO, CA--(BUSINESS WIRE)—Jan. 31, 2007--Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: TTDS), a next generation web-based travel distribution service provider, announced today that its Form SB-2 registration statement covering approximately 30.6 million common shares and approximately 1.6 million common shares, underlying warrants was declared effective today by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
