TRITON DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT WITH AIRLINES CONSOLIDATOR, FARE BUZZ
SAUSALITO, CA--(BUSINESS WIRE)—Nov. 13, 2006--Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: TTDS), a next generation web-based travel distribution service provider, announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with Fare Buzz, an airlines consolidator for travel agents. With this letter of intent, Triton plans to provide its flagship product ReservationExpert™ to Fare Buzz’s worldwide member agencies. By using ReservationExpert™, Fare Buzz’s member base of 12,000 agencies will receive cost-effective, real-time access to worldwide travel inventory.
As an airline consolidator, Fare Buzz enables travelers to compare flight prices with several airlines simultaneously. With its online booking engine, Fare Buzz gives agencies access to low consolidator fares, helping travelers save time and money on flights. Fare Buzz works exclusively with agents and offers free membership to qualifying agents, consortiums and independent contractors.
