Triton Distribution System Signs Agreement with Philippine's Leading Association of Travel Agents

Multi-Year Accord Encourages NAITAS Members
to Use Triton's Low Cost System

Sausalito, CA, (February 15, 2006). Triton Distribution Systems, the pioneer in low-cost, Internet-based, business-to-business (B2B) travel distribution and procurement solutions, announced today that it has signed an agreement with NAITAS (National Association of Independent Travel Agencies--Philippines). Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, NAITAS endorsed Triton's travel distribution system and will encourage its 1,000 travel agent members to use this system to book airline, cruise, hotel, car rental, tour packages and other travel inventory. In 2005 alone, NAITAS members booked more than $900 million in airfares. As part of the agreement, Mr. Gregory Lykiardopoulos, Triton founder and CEO, will conduct an educational and promotional travel seminar for NAITAS members in Manila in mid-February, 2006.

Triton's system, including a robust set of reservation tools and back office programs, leverages the power of the Internet to instantly connect travel agencies, large and small, with travel suppliers throughout the world, and help agencies track these transactions. The Triton system dramatically lowers the cost of distributing inventory by relying on the Internet and economical PCs, rather than the high-maintenance legacy mainframe technology used by traditional Global Distribution Systems (GDSs). In addition, Triton's system significantly reduces unsold inventory by making that inventory available to buyers across the globe. And it makes it easy to book more travel in less time, boosting agencies' productivity and profits.

"We are delighted to sign this agreement with NAITAS, one of the most important associations of travel agents in the Far East,"said Terry Byers, Vice President of International Operations for Triton Distribution Systems. "The NAITAS endorsement of our system confirms our belief that our low-cost, easy-to-use system holds great appeal for travel agents. The endorsement, along with our agreements with major airlines and travel suppliers in China and other Asian countries, solidifies our position in a part of the world where travel is enjoying explosive growth."

"We are pleased to endorse Tritons distribution system and encourage its use because it offers significant advantages for our members,"says NAITAS President, Angel Ramos-Bognot. "Triton's system dramatically lowers their cost of making reservations, simplifies the process, offers access to inventory in real time, and makes it easier for our agents to offer more inventory to their customers."
