Privacy Policy

1. Policy.

Triton Distribution Systems, Inc., is committed to your privacy. Triton Distribution Systems, Inc., (“Triton”) is a global organization, with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross borders. Our privacy policy covers the treatment of personal or personally identifiable information (''Personal Information'') that may be collected when you are on our web site. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Triton does not own or control in the United States, or to Triton’s subsidiaries or affiliates outside the US. Please note that Triton may use third parties to host all or portions of, or to assist in maintaining, our web site. In addition, our web site may contain links to other web sites, including without limitation to our subsidiaries or affiliates, which are not governed by this privacy policy. All references to the “Company,” “Triton,” “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to Triton Distribution Systems, Inc.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Information.

As a visitor to our web site, you agree to let Triton collect information about your visits and also to its association with other information about you and your relationship with Triton. Triton may collect Personal Information when you use our web site or when you visit cookie-enabled web pages. We may also log your IP address when you use or visit our web site. Triton uses this Personal Information to fulfill requests for our services or products, to contact users regarding changes to our site or our business, and to customize the content that you might see on our web site. Triton may also use ''cookie'' files to create a customized web site that fits your needs. Periodically, Triton may supplement Personal Information you give us via our web site with information from other sources. Triton will not sell or rent your Personal Information to any individual, business, or government entity. If you give us personal information about somebody else, such as a spouse or work colleague, we will assume that you have their permission to do so. Triton may use this information throughout our global organization for the purpose of your employment consideration or inquiry. Unless you tell us not to, we will keep the information for future consideration.

4. User Accounts.

If you represent a Triton Business Partner, Travel Agency, Vendor or Supplier (“Business Partner”), and choose to establish accounts to participate in our news, products and services offerings, you agree that Triton can use the information you provide to administer and develop our business relationship with you, the Business Partner you represent, and other Triton Business Partners generally. This may also include sharing certain information with other parts of Triton’s global organization as stated above.

5. Encryption.

All user account pages are protected with Secure Socket Layer (''SSL'') encryption. All user accounts must be accessed with usernames and passwords. You are advised not to share your username and password with any other person. Triton has in place reasonable commercial standards of technology and operational security designed to protect Personal Information provided by visitors.

 

6. Amendments.

Triton reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Triton may contact registered users by e-mail, and shall also post a notice of changes on its web site, when and if the terms of this policy are amended. Please note that circumstances may arise where Triton for strategic or other business reasons, may decide to sell, buy, merge, or otherwise reorganize businesses in our global organization. Such a transaction may involve the disclosure of personal information to prospective or actual purchasers, or receiving it from sellers. Nothing in this privacy policy creates or is intended to create a contract or agreement between Triton, her subsidiaries or affiliates, and any user or visitor to the Triton web site, or providing identifying information of any kind.
