We currently have an immediate openings for QA Engineer. The QA Engineer will be responsible for Planning, implementing, and executing functionality and performance testing including end-user testing, stress testing, load balancing and test automation, as well as:
Job Description:
The Training Specialist position interfaces with the Customer Care Department, specifically the local Customer Service Representatives (CSR), and the World Wide Triton Training Centers. The Training Specialist will be accountable for training the CSRs as well as training the Training Specialists world-wide.
We currently have an immediate openings for Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with product marketing, engineering and other stakeholders to gather, analyze and specify requirements for Tritons software products and services.
Analyzing and modeling business domain “problems”, producing documents such as functional requirements, use case models, supplemental requirements, conceptual models, activity/workflow diagrams, business rules, etc.
Applying formal, industry-standard methodologies and notation in preparing and managing requirements throughout the software development life cycle.

Providing test execution status and bug status.

Publishing and interpreting analyses of testing in concise, readable formats.

Working closely with Engineering and Business Analysts to develop test plans specifications that cover unit, function, and system test phases of the development process.

Integrating and maintaining test automation with the build/release process.

Providing input and timely review of technical documentation.

Creating/modifying scripts to setup and configure the performance testing environment.

Identifying functions to be included in each application regression test and determine if/what functions will be manual or automated.

Recommending improvements to the test environment to streamline the ongoing testing.
Requirements :
-
Minimum 5 years of QA experience
-
Able to work independently or in a team.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for technical information
-
Expertise in developing test plans and cases, test automation
-
Bachelors Degree or related experience in related field is preferred
Nice to have:

Experience working in the travel industry and/or GDS industry knowledge.
