Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in our operations group.

Job Description:

The CSR position interfaces with different types of customers. The CSR position supports the US, Canada & Mexico regions with local Customer Care calls. In other words, the CSR in the US will provide both Tier One and Tier Two Support Calls.The US CSR will provide Tier Two Support Calls for World-Wide Customer Care Call Centers as calls are escalated accordingly.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner following standard scripts and procedures.

  • Gathers information from the caller to identify customerís needs and determine appropriate action.

  • Communicates appropriate options for resolution.

  • Investigates and attempts to resolve complaints.

  • Investigates and resolves problems escalated through First Tier Support Staff.

  • Uses a PC to research, track and resolve inquiries (logging customer calls).

  • Escalates more complex issues to Supervisor/Manager, as needed.


An applicant must have corporate travel experience, preferably call center related and/or knowledge of the travel industry reservation process. Additionally, knowledge of a GDS (Apollo, Galileo, Worldspan, or Sabre). Excellent communication skills, and an ability to react quickly and handle several tasks at once.

Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be open to working shifts as needed ---- 24/7 operation.
